How is custom pricing determined?
Custom pricing depends on the details of the request, including size, materials, and the work involved. We’ll review your idea and confirm pricing before painting begins.
How long does a custom painting take?
Custom paintings typically take 7–10 business days to create after the order details are confirmed. More complex requests may require additional time, which we will confirm with you before painting begins.
Will I be able to review the painting before it ships?
Yes. Before shipping, we will send you a preview photo of the completed painting. You may review the artwork and request minor adjustments if needed before approving it for shipment.
Do you ship custom paintings internationally?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping. Orders delivered within the United States have no additional shipping charges. For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Custom Order Returns & Cancellations
Customized artwork cannot be returned due to a change of mind after it has been approved and shipped. This restriction does not apply if the artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the approved preview.
Customized orders may be canceled before shipment; however, a US$100 material fee will be deducted from the refund. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
